Change Windows Start Button

First off you will need a Resource Hacker, search google and find a good one.
Then go to start > run > and type cmd
then type regedit and run it
Find Winlogon and find Shell, it is in alphabetical order
(you will need for later but do not click on shell)

Go to My Computer and you C: drive
Find Windows and find explorer.exe
Make a copy of it and put it on your desktop or start list (for a backup unless you screw up and mess up your whole start menu)
Run you reshacker and go to file > open > windows> explorer.exe
Then open it and find "start" (you can see it w/o scrolling)
Change Start to whichever you like
Go to file Save As! do not go to save, you will over write your first explorer.exe
Save as explorer4.exe

Go back to the Shell and double click, change to explorer4.exe
Now restart your computer and Enjoy!
